It's a seasonal party nobody wants to miss and designers who had shown their new collections earlier in the day (Preen's Justin Thornton and Thea Bregazzi) and those who will show later today (Daniella Hellayel of Issa), set aside exhaustion, nerves and the occasional hangover (from our own VOGUE.COM birthday party at the W Hotel the night before), to toast the London fashion scene and eat the very delicious canapés that Downing Street has become known for.
