Krista White: America’s Next Top Model 2010 winner for Cycle 14 announced

Saturday 16 July 2011

Congratulations to the latest America’s Next Top model 2010 winner who was just recently announced.  On America’s Next Top Model Cycle 14, the winner was 24-year-old Krista White, defeating Raina in the finale of the Tyra Banks created reality show.  Krista is from Pine Bluff, Arkansas and now becomes the oldest contestant to win the competition and the second winner from Arkansas.
It came down to Krista and Raina on the final episode of America’s Next Top Model which aired last night.  Featured photographers on the show were Tony Drayton and Nigel Barker.  During the 12 episodes of this season Krista won four reward challenges and the ultimate prize.  On the finale show, Krista and Raina both worked on their own makeup company commercials and answered backstage questions from Tyra.  Last year’s winner, Nicole Fox, also stopped by the show as special guest.  Krista was proudly presented as the next model, although some are questioning her age of eligibility for a modeling career (most models are retired by 25, according to EW.com)
For being the America’s Next Top Model 2010 winner, Krista will get management and representation by Wilhelmina Models, a $100,000 contract with CoverGirl  cosmetics and a cover and her own six-page spread within the pages of Seventeen magazine.  Congratulations to Krista White, America’s Next Top Model!
